รายชื่อเกมยอดเยี่ยมในงาน E3 2019 จะทำการแบ่งตัวเกมออกเป็นทั้งหมด 17 หมวด แจงคะแนนจาก Game Critics Awards ซึ่งในปีนี้เกมที่ได้รับรางวัล Best of Show ก็คือเกม Final Fantasy VII Remake
Game Critics Awards เป็นการให้คะแนนจากเหล่านักวิจารณ์เกม ที่เดินทางมาร่วมงาน Judges Week ซึ่งจัดก่อน E3 มันเป็นงานส่วนตัวที่ผู้มาร่วมงานจะเห็นตัวเกมที่จะนำไปโชว์ในงาน E3 ก่อนใคร และสามารถทดสอบตัวเกมทั้งหมดได้โดยมีเวลากว่าสัปดาห์ หลังจากนั้นเหล่านักวิจารณ์ทั้งหลายจึงให้คะแนนผ่านทาง Game Critics Awards เพื่อบอกว่าเกมไหนจะได้รับความนิยมมากที่สุดในงาน E3 อย่างไรก็ตาม คะแนนเหล่านี้จะนับแค่เกมที่สามารถเล่นได้ในงาน E3 เท่านั้น ส่วนเกมอื่นๆ ที่มาแค่คลิปจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์จากรางวัลทันที
